Learning from Culture and Drawing on Advancing Power - Hicorp Group Culture Online Competition Successfully Held

        On February 11th, Hicorp Group's all Staff Labor Competition was officially launched in the form of an "Online All Staff PK". This competition aims to ignite a wave of practicing corporate culture throughout Hicorp group, guide employees to truly integrate culture into their daily work, leverage the powerful role of corporate culture in business construction, and assist in the high-quality development of Hicorp Global.

        After 5 days of intense online PK, 30 players broke through and entered ultimate PK. On the morning of February 16th, the final competition kicked off in the group's comprehensive classroom. After two rounds of promotion matches, six contestants gathered on the final stage to compete for the final winner. In the end, Zheng Yunfang won the crown and won the "Single Champion". Yu Mengmeng won the second prize, while Universal Heavy Industries Zhuang Huixian won the third prize. Ying Yuyi, Dou Xueli, and Zhao Shanpeng won the Excellence Award.

        Competition has an end, learning has no end. This competition has built a platform for employees to learn and practice corporate culture, strengthened their understanding, and achieved the goal of "promoting learning through competition, and promoting practice through learning". It helped us to cultivate and practice corporate culture from top to bottom laying a solid cultural foundation for the decisive year of 2023.
