On March 2nd, Qingdao Hicorp Group's 2025 Innovation Conference and 2026 Hicorp Family Banquet were solemnly held in the multi-functional hall at the group's headquarters. Group Chairman Guan Yangchun attended and delivered a speech, while General Manager Zhao Chuanfu presided over the conference. Marketing teams, technical teams, and middle-level management teams from the group and its subsidiaries, along with the group's model workers, innovation pioneers, and outstanding team leaders of 2025, gathered together to share in this grand event and jointly embark on a new journey.
At 3:30 p.m., amid a warm and solemn atmosphere, Qingdao Hicorp Group's 2025 Innovation Conference officially kicked off. The gold award-winning projects in the categories of product technology innovation, process technological innovation, and digital and intelligent application innovation for 2025 were announced and showcased at the conference. The conference honored the gold, silver, and bronze award winners in product technology innovation, process technological innovation, and digital and intelligent application innovation, as well as the "Lean Improvement" pioneer teams and individuals for all-staff innovation. Honorary certificates and bonuses were presented to inspire all Hicorp people to take the advanced as examples, use innovation as a driving force, strive for excellent achievements, and scale new heights.
Group Chairman Guan Yangchun delivered a speech. He first extended congratulations to the award-winning teams and individuals and expressed gratitude to all Hicorp people who had devoted themselves to innovation. He comprehensively summarized the innovation and development achievements in 2025 and deployed the core innovation work for 2026. The chairman pointed out that in 2025, the group set its sights on "heading towards the sea, intelligence, and the future," deepened digital and intelligent transformation and international layout, and achieved record-high business performance. The practical path of "AI + Hicorp Manufacturing" became increasingly clear, and all subsidiaries showed positive development trends. There were multiple breakthroughs in product technology, process technological innovation, and digital and intelligent application innovation. The atmosphere of all-staff innovation and "lean improvement" was strong, with 9,555 innovation projects adopted throughout the year. Innovation had become a distinctive feature of Hicorp's development.
The chairman emphasized that 2026 marks the 60th anniversary of the group's establishment and is also the starting year for a new six-decade development. The enterprise has entered a critical period for digital and intelligent transformation and building a technology-oriented enterprise. All employees need to establish a sense of crisis and use innovation to address shortcomings and strengthen core competitiveness. Centering around the "two-pronged strategy" of digitalization and internationalization, the chairman clarified the innovation work requirements for 2026: anchor strategic directions to empower the start of the new sixtieth year; focus on core sectors to build a "Hicorp Smart Factory"; deepen all-round integration to advance the "AI + Digital Transformation" in a solid manner; forge a talent echelon to lay a solid foundation for innovation; and improve the ecological system to rally innovative synergy.
Finally, the chairman called on all Hicorp people to take innovation as the core engine, uphold the core value concept of "customer-centricity and leading the industry with innovation," work together with one heart and one mind, uphold integrity and innovation, and forge a new glorious century for Hicorp with hard work.
