        On March 19, the offline final of Qingdao Hicorp Group's "Wisdom Learning, Diligent Practice, and Fierce PK" corporate culture knowledge competition was successfully held in the multi-functional hall at the group headquarters. After preliminary selections, six elite teams from the group and its various subsidiaries competed on the same stage, comprehensively testing their learning outcomes regarding corporate culture and creating a positive atmosphere where all employees learn and practice corporate culture.

        The competition featured four competitive segments: compulsory culture questions, drum-beating rush answers, cultural matrix one-stroke drawing, and "I Talk About Corporate Culture."         The compulsory culture questions segment focused on testing basic knowledge. Each team responded calmly and steadily, demonstrating solid theoretical foundations. The cultural matrix one-stroke drawing segment emphasized teamwork, with each team cooperating tacitly and efficiently completing the challenges, successfully unlocking the group's 60th anniversary (1966-2026) commemorative code and paying tribute to the company's development in a creative way. In the final "I Talk About Corporate Culture" segment, each team combined their job positions to elaborate on the connotations of corporate culture and share implementation paths, deeply integrating corporate culture with production, operation, and job duties, and demonstrating the practical effects of corporate culture implementation.


        After fierce competition, all the awards for this competition were announced: the first prize went to Hicorp-Zhiding Team, the second prize to Hicorp-Zhiguan Team, and the third prize to Heavy Industry-Zhihai Team. Meanwhile, the event also recognized outstanding teams and departments that excelled in the preliminary "Mystery Box Q&A" and "Brush-Up Competition," granting them the titles of "Corporate Culture Learning Pioneer Team" and "Corporate Culture Learning Pioneer Department," setting learning benchmarks and inspiring enthusiasm for learning among all employees.
