On December 19, 2024, the conclusion ceremony of Qingdao Hicorp Group's "Elite Leadership Program" for cadre training took place in the multi-functional hall at the group's headquarters. Forty participants submitted outstanding answers after a five-month learning journey. Chairman Guan Yangchun of the group attended the ceremony and delivered a speech, while Deputy General Manager Chen Xiuyan presided over the event. All middle-level and above cadres participated.

Additionally, the chairman shared two reflections he gained: Firstly, within Hicorp Group, there is no shortage of "talented steeds; all problems are essentially management issues, and the core of management problems lies with the managers themselves. Therefore, when facing a talent shortage, managers should first reflect on whether there are issues within themselves. Secondly, Hicorp Group advocates the concept of "joining Hicorp Group and embarking on a lifelong journey of learning," but there is still room for improvement in fostering a learning atmosphere, cultivating a fertile ground for learning, and establishing a comprehensive learning and training system. This training provided a relatively systematic, full-process training on how to be an effective management cadre. He hoped everyone would take this as an opportunity to apply what they have learned.
Chairman Guan emphasized that in 2024, the group's operating indicators reached new historical highs, a testament to the diligent efforts of all employees. Meanwhile, the upcoming 2025 marks the concluding year of Hicorp Group's 60th anniversary and holds immense strategic significance. During the ceremony, five groups showcased their graduation design projects through unique methods such as PPT presentations, situational skits, and recitations, centered around what they had learned and contemplated. From ingenious creative concepts to meticulous attention to detail, and then to a well-structured and captivating presentation process, all demonstrated the importance everyone attached to their graduation works.
Three participants sequentially took the stage to share typical cases, linking management cases from the training with their own practical work experiences, reflecting the practical application from "knowledge" to "action."
