At the beginning of the meeting, General Manager Zhao Chuanfu delivered a summary of the first half of 2025 and outlined plans for the second half. He pointed out that the company had maintained its dominant market position in core product areas such as roving machines and cone packing system in the first half of the year, but it also faced numerous challenges. Emphasizing that "it's better to change than to complain," he clarified that the second half of the year would focus on the "Double Hundred Plan," with core objectives including the construction of the "Hicorp Smart Factory 4.0," creating world-class products, and digital and intelligent transformation, to drive the company to break through development bottlenecks and lay a solid foundation for high-quality development.

Subsequently, Quality Director Xu Xianxiao reported on the quality work in the first half of 2025. Data showed a decrease in the number of shipping errors and omissions, with a significant improvement in the perfect shipping rate compared to the same period in 2024, although many problems still persisted.

To systematically address existing issues and strive to achieve annual goals, two key plans were announced at the meeting. Deputy General Manager Cui Guihua read out the "Notice on Implementing the 'Double Hundred Plan'," clarifying that the "Double Hundred Plan" consists of the "100-Day Foundation Strengthening Plan" and the "100-Day Campaign Plan" (including 100-Day Crucial Push, 100-Day Order Rush, and 100-Day Intensive Work). The implementation period runs from July 9, 2025, to October 17, 2025. The objective is to comprehensively enhance product quality through the campaign in the third quarter, create world-class products, fully exceed the production and operation targets for the third quarter, and make every effort to achieve the nine major annual goals.
Manager Chen Yong from the Management Department simultaneously issued the "Notice on the '100-Day Foundation Strengthening Campaign'." The aim is to benchmark against international first-class enterprises, continuously reflect, and address deficiencies and gaps in areas such as organization, systems, processes, standards, and employee qualities.
