      The Hicorp HCP1966 new-type intelligent roving frame with bobbin transportation system and the HTBZ intelligent packaging system, characterized by intelligence and high speed, have empowered Yuncheng County Taihe Textile to produce high-quality yarns.

      Since its establishment in 2010, Yuncheng County Taihe Textile Co., Ltd. has quickly made a name for itself in the textile industry thanks to its excellent product quality and advanced production technology. To reduce labor requirements and further enhance production efficiency and product quality, in July 2024, Taihe Textile officially put into operation its north factory area, introducing advanced intelligent production equipment from both domestic and international sources. For the intelligent factory area, the company selected Hicorp's HCP1966-228-spindle new-type intelligent roving frame with bobbin transportation system for roving production and the Hicorp HTBZ intelligent automatic packaging system for cone yarn packaging, thus achieving intelligent spinning and automated product packaging. The application of these intelligent devices has not only significantly reduced the labor intensity of employees and saved on labor costs—previously, around 40 workers were needed per 10,000 spindles, while after the adoption of intelligent equipment, the number has been reduced to about 25 workers per 10,000 spindles—but also notably improved product quality and production efficiency.

The computerized roving frame FA494 we initially used in the old factory has been in operation for 15 years and has demonstrated very stable performance.
