Building Defenses through Competition, Jointly Safeguarding the Lifeline of High-Quality Development — Qingdao Hicorp Group Successfully Held the 2025 Online Safety Production Knowledge Competition
To deeply implement the theme of the 24th national "Safety Production Month" — "Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Can Respond to Emergencies — Identifying Hidden Safety Hazards Around Us" and to assess the overall safety awareness of employees, from June 22 to June 30, 2025, Qingdao Hicorp Group organized the 2025 Online Safety Production Knowledge Competition for all employees. This event attracted the enthusiastic participation of 428 frontline production personnel and production management staff from various companies, sparking a wave of enthusiasm among all employees to learn safety knowledge and enhance safety skills.

This competition adopted a dual-track model, namely the "Safety Production Track" and the "Safety Management Track," achieving full coverage of frontline production personnel and management staff at or above the team leader level. The Safety Production Track focused on practical skills such as the identification of job-related hazards, safety operation procedures, and emergency response. The Safety Management Track emphasized management knowledge including safety production laws and regulations, the construction of the dual prevention system, and emergency management, precisely meeting the safety capability requirements of different positions.

The competition was carried out on the "Hicorp College Online Learning Platform" and progressed through three stages: practice and preparation, preliminary selection, and the final showdown. In the preliminary stage, through time-limited answering and an automatic scoring system, 25 winners from the Safety Production Track and 15 winners from the Safety Management Track were selected to advance to the finals. The ultimate showdown took place on June 30 in the 500 Comprehensive Classroom at the group headquarters.

After the online competition in the live final, the winners in each track were finally announced. Chen Xiuyan, the Chairman of the Trade Union and Deputy General Manager of Hicorp Group, presented cash prizes and certificates to the awardees.

In the Safety Production Track: Zhang Ping from Hicorp Heavy Industries won the first prize and received the "Individual Champion" trophy; Wang Zhiqiang from Hicorp was awarded the second prize; Zhang Huanqiao from Hicorp Heavy Industries received the third prize; Chen Delong from Qingdao Putian, and Ding Shufang and Liu Peizhao from Hicorp Heavy Industries were given excellence awards.

In the Safety Management Track: Wang Peiguo from Hicorp claimed the first prize and the "Individual Champion" trophy; Liu Gang from Hicorp Heavy Industries won the second prize; Xu Chuanpeng from Qingdao Putian received the third prize.

As a core part of the group's "Safety Production Month" series of activities, this competition deeply integrated the requirements of the "dual prevention system" construction. It incorporated practical skills such as on-the-job hazard identification and emergency response into the key assessment areas, driving the transformation of safety management from "passive response" to "active prevention and control." Safety is the lifeline of enterprise development. It is hoped that all employees will take this competition as a new starting point, apply the safety knowledge they have learned to practical work, truly achieve "Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Can Respond to Emergencies," and jointly build an unbreakable safety defense line for Hicorp's high-quality development!
