On February 12, 2026, the 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference of Hicorp Machinery (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. was held in the multi-functional hall of Hicorp Group. Zhao Chuanfu, General Manager of Hicorp Group, and Guo Jiayang, General Manager of Hicorp, attended the conference, which was presided over by Chen Yong, Manager of the Management Department. They handed in an excellent answer sheet for the group's development with solid work and actual achievements.
To establish role models, promote positive energy, and inspire all employees to forge ahead by taking the advanced as examples, the company solemnly commended outstanding individuals, advanced collectives, excellent after-sales service engineers, and teams in various positions in 2025. Among them, the Xinjiang after-sales service team was one of the highlights of this commendation. The team currently has more than twenty local after-sales service engineers who have been in the frontline of northwest China all year round. This time, four outstanding engineers, including Abuduwailili Kurban, won the "Silk Road Pioneer Award." After the commendation session, Bao Zhiyong, representative of the "Group Model Workers," and Zhang Lanmei, representative of the excellent work team leaders, took the stage one after another to share their experiences and insights, transmitting the power of role models.
Guo Jiayang, General Manager of Hicorp Group, delivered a speech.
